How to return or exchange your order 

  • Visit our Return Portal here
  • Log in with your customer number and email
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Choose a return method
  • Then confirm your desired choice
  • Print the return label
  • Pack your item securely


What we do:

  • Receive and check the item
  • Approve your request
  • If the item has defects/shortages, we will contact you

Cost of returning or exchanging an order 

  • Return label cost €10 
  • Exchange cost €10
  • NOTE: The cost will get deducted from your order when refunded

Timeline of the process

You can expect a processing time of 2-3 business days once the package is received at our warehouse. The purchase amount for the returned products will be transferred to your credit card after 4-6 business days.

Please note: We do not accept packages sent COD (Cash on Delivery) or similar, and we do not pick up packages at parcel shops etc.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to drop off packages at our office. Our warehouse and office are not at the same address.
