How to return or exchange your order

 

If you wish to exchange, simply place a new order to ensure you secure the item and size you want, and return the items you no longer want to keep. For easy returns, use our return portal.

 

-Visit our Return Portal here

-Log in with your customer number and email

-Select the item(s) you wish to return 

-Choose a return method

-Then confirm your desired choice

-Print the return label

-Pack your item securely

 

Return Fee:

There is a handling fee of 5 euros per package, and a return fee of 5 euros per item you put in the package. This amount will be deducted from the amount credited to you.

Example:

You return 1 pair (5€ handling fee + 5€ for 1 pair) = 10€

You return 3 pairs (5€ handling fee + 5€ + 5€ + 5€ for 3 pairs) = 20€

 

 

NOTE: The cost will get deducted from your order when refunded

 

 

Timeline of the process

 

You can expect a processing time of 2-3 business days once the package is received at our warehouse. The purchase amount for the returned products will be transferred to your credit card after 4-6 business days.

Please note: We do not accept packages sent COD (Cash on Delivery) or similar, and we do not pick up packages at parcel shops etc.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to drop off packages at our office. Our warehouse and office are not at the same address.
